Stephany is a Mid Level Registered Dietitian Associate at NYNG who offers private sessions and corporate seminars along with cooking demos. She has over 10 years of experience in nutrition counseling. At Montclair State University, she obtained a M.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with a focus on Nutrition Education. And at Rutgers University, School of Biological & Environmental Sciences, she received a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and a Certificate in the Didactic Program in Dietetics, an accredited DPD by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Stephany has completed her Dietetic Internship which includes 1200 hours of ACEND-accredited supervised practice in clinical, community, and food service nutrition. Stephany also teaches Nutrition Science Courses at Monmouth University in the Department of Chemistry and Physics. She loves having the opportunity to educate both patients and students within the community.

Stephany has a passion for food and health blogging, so she utilizes social media to share nutrition related insights to the community. During the week she loves to experiment in her kitchen and create easy recipes that take 10-30 minutes max to prepare. On the weekend, Stephany enjoys trying different restaurants in the city, as well as spending time with family and friends.
